Things to be Aware of and Agree to
when Participating in a Tribal Trance Workshop:

1 Deposit is non-refundable, except in the case where we are forced to cancel a workshop.

2 Participants should bring a Djembe, or similar style hand-drum. if you do not own one, perhaps it is possible to borrow one from a friend. If you absolutely do not have a drum to bring, it's ok, there will be a few extras and no-one will be excluded. please make every effort to bring a drum.

3 Please arrive a bit early, and be ready to begin at the scheduled time. This is a group process, a group journey, and it is essential that we begin the journey together.

4 We are unable to welcome dogs, or any other pets or livestock, at Tribal Trance sessions.
(Leaving animals in an automobile is not an option.)

5 Kids aged 12+ are very welcome to participate. kids under 12 are welcome to be present, but it is then optimal that there is another adult who is not participating in the workshop present to give that child the attention/supervision necessary so that there is minimal distraction to the focus of the group.

6 The number of participants in each workshop is limited due to covid19 and other restrictions. It is therefore highly recommended to pre-register as soon as possible.

A further note on COVID-19:

Individual and public health are of the absolute highest priority to us; it is, in fact, exactly why we do what we do. We very firmly believe, and experience time after time, that particularly in this historical moment there is nothing more beneficial we can do for both individual and public health than to gather together, in-person!, and engage in healthy, meaningful social activities, such as, for example, making music.

With this in mind, we also take every reasonable precaution in regards to C-19.
We are fortunate that drums can be quite audible, and it is therefore quite easy to take adequate social distance while drumming. We do not, and will not, mandate the use of face-coverings; however, concerned participants are more than welcome to cover their face.
